Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Daniel Wellington box and include all documentation to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
